Unfortunately freight, shipping and GST are excluded of the points system.

Don’t worry. To unlock more coupons upgrade to a higher tier to increase your limits or wait till your coupons refresh weekly.

I know it sucks but it usually takes around 7-30 days and some merchants can take up to 90 days to track your purchase. Once we successfully track your transaction as an eligible purchase, we will credit your points into your account. You will get notified via push notifications. Before you make purchase, please read the terms & conditions of an eligible transaction.

You can check the points progress inside the Juggle app Settings -> Activity Tracking or clicking on the rabbit icon on the top header. If points are in progress, it should appear as “In Progress”.

Some merchants allow both discounts and points. So please check the terms and conditions prior making an order to make sure your purchase is an eligible transaction.

No, shipping fees are not inclusive.

Once gift cards are unlocked, they cannot be refunded, changed, redeemed for cash or used to obtain cash.

Yes you can delete your account in settings -> Personal Details -> Close Down Account
