Juggle Rewards Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Juggle Rewards! By participating in our loyalty program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership & Points Earned Eligibility:

To check whether you are eligible for earning points:

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older.

Cookies Enabled: Ensure that “Cookies” are enabled on the web browser and/or disable ad-blocking software.

Participate in a Qualifying Transaction: Engage in a transaction with the Merchant that meets the qualifying criteria without violating any restrictions.

Complete Your Transaction: Successfully complete the checkout or any other necessary steps for your transaction.

Exclusive Link: Do not click on a link from any other affiliate website after clicking on ours to avoid overriding our cookie.

Coupon Link Validity: If the coupon button or link leads to an error page or a destination other than the intended merchant, the order will not be eligible for cash back.

2. Earning Points with online offers:

  • You are entitled to one reward (reward points) for each eligible offer. 
  • Members earn points for eligible purchases made through the Juggle Rewards platform.
  • Members can only earn points making purchases via the activation link inside the Juggle platform and not through any other links provided or other referral or tracking links.
  • Points are awarded based on the total amount spent, and earning rates may vary for different products or services.
  • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value (cannot be transferred for cash).

3. Point Redemption:

  • Accumulated points can be redeemed for rewards within the Juggle Rewards app.
  • Redemption options may include charitable donations, discounts, vouchers, gift cards or other rewards as determined by Juggle Rewards.
  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Process of Rewards: 

If, for any reason, your Qualifying Transaction is not visible in your Account (either as a pending or approved Transaction), you have the option to submit a claim for manual assessment. To ensure your claim can be manually assessed:

  • Timeline: You must submit your claim within 60 days of completing the transaction.
  • Activation Link: A valid Activation Link click must be recorded before initiating the purchase transaction.
  • Documentation: Provide all necessary documents, information, and evidence, including the order/invoice, essential to confirming the legitimacy of the claimed transaction, ensuring it was made and not reversed.
  • Confirmation Criteria: We must be able to confirm, based on the information you provide, that the transaction qualifies as a Qualifying Transaction. This may include information from the Participating Merchant or Affiliate Network, and confirmation of payment details with the Participating Merchant. Please note:
    • Your use of ad-blocking software and/or disabling cookies may prevent us from confirming and approving your relevant transaction, potentially resulting in the rejection of your claim.
    • Certain Participating Merchants may not accept any manual claims, and in such instances, your claim will be rejected.

4. Points will be confirmed and approved when, 

  • the participating merchant or the affiliate network confirms your purchase eligible
  • we have received the commission for the transaction from the affiliate network
  • Points may not be credited into your account immediately. Tracking your purchase and approval may take up to or more than 3 months. Once the affiliate network has successfully tracked your purchase, points will be credited into your account via push notification or email.
  • If you use ad-blocking software or disable cookies, we may be unable to confirm and approve your transaction, leading to the rejection of your claim.
  • Certain merchants do not accept manual claims. In this case, your claim will be rejected.
5. Ineligibility for points:
  • The relevant transaction does not quality as a eligible transaction
  • Subsequent cancellation or modification of the relevant transaction, return of goods or services subject to the relevant transaction for a refund or credit, or failure to complete full payment for the order.
  • Incorrect crediting of rewards to your account, whether due to human error or computer error.
  • Your use of thee service in connection with any rewards is not in accordance with, or violates, the terms of use, including engaging in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest conduct.

6. Point Expiry:

  • Points have an expiration date of 2 years. It is the member’s responsibility to be aware of the expiration date and redeem points before they expire.

7. Notification and Communication:

  • Members will receive notifications, including point updates and special offers, via email or push notifications based on their communication preferences.

8. Changes to the Program:

  • Juggle Rewards reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Notice of changes will be provided through the Juggle app or other designated communication channels.

9. Termination of Membership:

  • Cancellation by Us

    We retain the right to cancel your membership, terminate your Account, and cease your use of the Service at our discretion, providing you with a 30-day notice without cause or reason.

    Additionally, we may promptly cancel your membership, terminate your Account, and cease your use of the Service without prior notice if we have evidence or reason to believe that:

    • You have breached the Terms of Use and failed to remedy the breach within 7 days of receiving notice.
    • There is a material breach of the Terms of Use.
    • You have engaged in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest conduct.
    • You pass away, become of unsound mind, or declare bankruptcy.
    • Your actions go against our business interests, reputation, or those of our Related Bodies Corporate, clients, partners, merchants, and suppliers.
  • Cancellation by You

You have the option to cancel your membership of the Service at any time in the “Close my Account” section, found in the “My Settings” section, of the Juggle App. You will need to enter your password to complete the cancellation process. Upon canceling your membership, your Account will be terminated, and your ability to use the Service will cease.

  • Cancellation is Final

If your membership and Account are canceled for any reason, the cancellation is final, and reactivation of your membership is not possible.

If your membership and Account are canceled for any reason, you will forfeit all your Rewards and all outstanding redemption payments (including any Rewards held in your Account or accrued by you, any Withdrawal or other pending payments, and any other Rewards or payments you would otherwise have been entitled to receive). Such Rewards and payments will remain our property and are immediately and irreversibly forfeited (with no further obligation to make any payment to you).

  • Refusal of Application

We reserve the right to refuse your application to join the Service again or cancel any new membership or Account you create if we have previously canceled your membership.

10. Privacy and Data Security:

  • Member information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the loyalty program, members consent to the collection and use of their personal information.

11. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the loyalty program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].

You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the Juggle Rewards’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.

You grant Juggle Rewards a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

User accounts

As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Applicable law

By using this website, you agree that the laws of New Zealand, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Juggle Rewards and you, or its business partners and associates.


Any dispute related in any way to your use of this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court New Zealand and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.


You agree to indemnify Juggle Rewards and its affiliates and hold Juggle Rewards harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on liability

Juggle Rewards is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

Juggle Rewards reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Juggle Rewards and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
